The only other think i can think of is if he has a personality issue or character issue.  I didn't think so but they said his last game here he slammed his tablet on the sideline, indont think the coaches liked that

I listened to an interview with his college coach after we signed him and the guy couldn't stop gushing about him being an unselfish, team first player who loved football. I doubt it was a personality/behavior thing. 

I think Pederson wasn't thrilled with the speed issue, they knew the knee was problematic, and Baalke is just Baalke. That was enough. 

JR got a raw deal in the end here, but I hope he gets a chance to resurrect his career. Really good running back even if he doesn't have a 5th gear to shift into.
