Offensively this team is going to be handicapped if they keep Baalke and/or Caldwell on board for 2023. One of them or both of them needs to go.

Baalke has either missed on defense over the last two years and/or Caldwell is simply that inept at his first attempt as DC. I believe it's both and both need to be [BLEEP] canned in 2023.

If I am Khan and Pederson? I call Rick Spielman and Mike Zimmer after week 17 and get them in the building to fix the roster and fix the defense. Zimmer can make a 4 - 3 or 3 - 4 work as a coordinator. Spielman was already entertained this off season for the VP job.
