Maybe the very young team has some growing pains to work through. Give them and the coaches time to gel and grow beyond 12 total games. Especially rookies, stop acting like they're busts already jeebus.
No one is getting fired, there is progress in most areas of this team, year 2 together for all these guys is gonna be much better I'm sure.

We're into December...

There isn't anything reactionary anymore, my friend.  We gave the coaches time and they have produced what we have.

Offensive coaches:  Outstanding job.  The offense looks like a ligitimate NFL squad.  Trevor Lawrence has been established as a Franchise QB.  

Defensive coaches:  Failure on multiple levels.  They have taken free agents and squandered them to the point they don't even dress anymore.  You took two 1st round drafted players that had so much potential, and have sqaundered their talent.  There is no blitz capability to even pressure the QB.  You let your man to man concept be removed for a zone defense that has not ability to hold the offense.  Your D-Line is so trash that there is no pressure even on a QB that is a mark in the pocket.

What happened in September is one thing.  Our D looked good.  But they have been trash ever since.  

On the other hand, our offense continues to develop and get better.   Our offense and our QB was top 10 in November.  

So you tell me.  What's the problem?
