Oregon has been voting *entirely* by mail for 22 years.  11 federal cycles.  Where was the fraud? Did anyone find any? Did anyone look?
And I know a story about training election workers.   It takes place in 3 or 4 precincts in the Northside of Duval County in 2000.  Do you know this story? I think you will like the outcome, but, you might not like the story. The story will demonstrate that "training" shenanigans are a very old trick going back decades if not centuries.
