If this team gets steamrolled by Henry twice, Pierce again on the road in Houston, Pollard/Elliot at home and the Jets backfield in New York? Both of them will have a lot to answer for as soon as week 17 is concluded and behind us.

You cannot have sloppy performances anymore. The crossing route [BLEEP] needs to stop. The lack of push in the pass rushing department needs to stop. If you're going to make any changes this is the time to do it now with four of your games falling within the conference and three divisionally. 

Walker needs to be moved inside. Lloyd needs to be spotted over on weakside. I can understand if you don't want to do that on 1st and 2nd downs but it absolutely needs to be the formation called when it's 3rd and 7 or longer. That's the right spot to involve that formation. Gives you enough speed to effect the QB while also giving you enough power and quickness to react to a RB screen or draw play.
