Not surprising. Still feel like they should pursue Rick Spielman. I like Pederson as a coach. I would be concerned with him taking on anymore added responsibilities outside of coaching and input with the personnel department. That's what got Tom Coughlin into trouble here as a football coach.

Maybe he's mastered the art of not being a butthole behind closed doors and is genuinely decent to work with. Having said that. It continues to bother the [BLEEP] out of me with Khan's cyclical need to keep holdovers from previously failed marriages. The guy just cannot completely clean house to save his life. 

It's like waking up on an off day and saying "Well, today I will clean the house". Instead of cleaning the house you end up eating an edible, washing a few dishes and then busting a nut and going back to bed. Meanwhile, the house is disorganized, the trash wasn't taken out and the floors are [BLEEP] filthy. 

"Well, I'll clean all of that [BLEEP] up too, man, maybe.... like...sometime next year".
