I've come to respect a lot of the opinions of many posters here.

But Caldwell is in over his head, and it's obvious that he isn't worthy of his position. As the offense gets better, the defense has pissed down its leg. And that's on Caldwell. He seems like an OK guy, but he wasn't ready to be promoted to DC. That needs to be fixed.

Baalke has terrible cap management and he's put us in a terrible position for next year. Baalke's personnel management is unacceptable and he needs to be relieved of his position.

These are obvious calls. It's not hard for even the most casual fan to see.

I don't hate Baalke. I actually don't even think he's a clown. He tried hard. But he's in over his head.

Pederson knows what a legit franchise looks like. Let him make some decisions while he's still an elite mind.
