They both should be the same but they could both be wrong because of people wanting to cheat.

I'm sure there is cheating on both sides but most of the issues come from the voter roles. Until that is fixed, the cheating will still happen unless they move to in person, 1 day, and dye on the finger to stop people from using multiple ids.
