He points out something I've noticed in the last few games, and that is, his footwork.

Yeah. He's mechanically sound. Which is impressive because he's worked on that midseason and he's corrected a lot of his issues that were causing him to sail passes earlier on this year. What impresses me is his ability to sink low and set his hips into a strong base. 

He's a tall guy. That's not easy to do. He really does look like a Justin Herbert out there but I think he could surpass him next year if they keep adding viable threats at the skill positions and bolstering the protection up front. 

Somebody said it best in the comment section but he's starting to look like a young, MOBILE version of Peyton Manning. That's pretty fair at this point considering his ball placement, ridiculous accuracy and some of the throws he keeps making. It's like watching a pool hustler run the table at will with him at times. 

Hope like hell he does this against Dallas. Defensively they're stout and stacked. They're actually good against the pass so I want to see how Lawrence and Pederson go about attacking and scheming against these guys. When you play against teams like Dallas, Kansas City, etc.

Those are often those games where you're like "Man, we could really use a Justin Jefferson here or a Travis Kelce here". Lawrence has elevated everybody around him this year. There's no denying this. BUT, when you start facing a loaded defense you're going to find out quickly as to whether or not your current skill position players can get it done or not.

His ascension is grossly impressive when you factor in the amount of drops we've had this year.
