My apologies I was asking why they did say he made out of bounds after review. I am happy no doubt just couldn’t tell from the angle

The camera from the opposite side was very clear that he only touched the ground with his palm before his elbow hit out of bounds. 

all those planks in S&C helped prevent anything else from touching in bounds.
