I think it's a lot like acting gigs. You do a lotta work on small stages through school, get to know folks with connections. When openings come up, you hope your connections remember you.

That, or you buy the radio station.

SHe catches a lotta crap, but I respect her for pursuing a career she loves and has fought to get where she is. I guess she could just get relegated to sideline work like all the other ladies, right?

Listen to some of the miserable commentary from former athletes on CFB broadcasts, they are abysmal.
