If tacks lose out they are 7-10 and 3-3 divisionally

If Jags lose next two but beat tacks  they are 7-10 and 3-3 in the division
 
   but we'd have the tiebreaker by sweeping the tacks

Division tie break comes after head to head, so even if we had the same 7-10 record and the titans had a better division record, we would still win the division if our only other win was against the titans based on the first tie break which is head to head match up.

If we win the next 2 and the titans the titans' only other win was against us, we would be tied at 8-9. In that instance we would have an equal head to head record so it would go to the next tie break which is division record and the titans would have the better division record and would win the division based on that.
