You see, a ratings system like PFF (flawed as they may be) looks at every single snap. 
And while fans can allow their perspective to be easily altered by a few big plays, all those bad snaps still exist and factor into the rating and ranking on a site like that one.
And unfortunately, Jenkins has whiffed on tackles that resulted in big gains many times, and he has been burned badly by TEs and receivers when he had to cover them downfield and not just near the LOS. 
All of those bad plays add up. 
He has allowed a 73% completion rate this year - and in 5 different games this year he allowed a 100% comp rate.
Like I keep saying - Gotta take the good with the bad.

Something tells me you have absolutely 0 qualifications to rank him at 50, for some reason I find it hard to believe you've sat down and watched and disected that much Safety play to be able to confidently say this guy belongs around 50 LOL. 


That being said tho, I think he sticks around unless they have a plan for a suitable replacement.

I have an archive. 

I made the "50th" comment haphazardly as a way to offset the PFF ranking I found scary bad, and alternately make my point. 
He might be in the 40-50 range. But there are lots of better safeties out there. Jenkins has simply had a little run of big plays that impacted games lately. I'm happy for him. I just know he struggles a lot too. 

Have I analyzed 49 other safeties? No. 
Have I watched Jenkins give up 20 first downs this year? Yes. 

I don't think "qualifications" are required to talk jags football on this forum, but I'm satisfied with mine all the same.
