Here's the headline.  I've run a strikethrough the words that make it political.  "Transgender man gives birth to non-binary partner's baby with female sperm donor."  You just admitted that a man cannot give birth and a female cannot donate sperm.  So, ask yourself, "Why is this even a story?"

It's a story because it's provocative and unusual.  What do you want to do about it? Tell the newspaper not to publish the story? I suppose you could boycott them.  In a sense that's what I'm already doing and what you should do too.  Ignore it.
