It starts with cops,yes but judges and public defenders are also supposed to stop questionable or coerced evidence from being heard in the courtroom.

As a society, we have always spent too much effort thinking about the severity of certain crimes, wanting someone, anyone to be punished immediately, and not enough attention to the quality of evidence pointing to any particular suspect.

My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
