Doug is a football lifer.  He's not leaving Duval unless the Khans force him out.  And I don't see that happening.  Great coaches are great coaches and age means little if they have juice.  Pederson has juice.

What's really mind blowing is that Pederson learned under Reid as well.  

We blundered through the wilderness for decades only to come back to where we should have always been before our self induced exile.  

It's nice to finally see adults lead this team.  Remember "In Gene We Trust"?  LOL. Thank goodness those fools are long gone.

Hugely ironic that Caldwell is now a personnel executive for the Eagles. Hope he helps them rot from within.
