While Smoot fits the bill on the 4th item - he's coming off injury - and we really need a more consistent pocket disruptor than what Smoot has shown in most contests - they are hard to find, but it is a need nonetheless.

It's a heavily rotated position and Smoot is the guy you rotate in - not the guy you start.
