Keenan plays 60% of his snaps from the slot and Campbell is very bad in the slot. Just have Campbell and Williams essentially take out Palmer and Carter. Focus middle of the field on Keenan and Eckler.

That's why I want him to mirror Allen because he lines up a lot in the slot.  A few days ago I said Herndon on Allen is my biggest concern for the defense.  Campbell isn't bad in the slot.  Campbell has mirrored a few WRs this year and played very well regardless of where is lined up.

Not sure why you think he’s not. When Allen is on the outside, yes, have Campbell on him. But when he’s in the slot, double him with Herndon and a LB/safety. Campbell will get cooked in the slot if he’s guarding Allen.
