Agreed. Keep it simple. Keep it all in front of you. He's going to make plays. Just try to make his efforts difficult. The key really is containing him in the pocket with your base four and playing sound defense with the zone schemes but you're going to have to mix it up from time to time and play man to man. 

When they go the man to man route. I know the temptation will be to send the blitz after him. I wouldn't do it. I would run different stunts with the front four. Mix in some different looks where maybe Walker is stacked up right over the guard or center's shoulder but I am moving Key into a position to where he can hold containment with Allen opposite of him. 

The other key is shifting coverage last second. Give him a look. Time his snap but they need to be rotating around the middle of the field with Cisco and Jenkins in a Robber role. You cannot make it too easy for him. Give him the illusion that the hard stuff is there and easy and make the actual easy stuff hard on them. 

Bait and switch. All day. They're going to go underneath, work the outside boundaries, try to knife us early in between the seams but if you just sit down in your zone, don't get too cute looking into the backfield and just do your job and keep him in front of you? You can limit the amount of damage he's going to do. 

We got schooled in the match up defensively. They had an ungodly amount of blown coverages. Cisco probably won't be able to get away with those enforcing hits like he did the last time in this one. Going to be fun to watch. I just hope Mike Caldwell calls the game of his life defensively.
