What’s your most satisfying as a jags fan?
I list top 5 for me but feel free to rank all 9
5. Raiders. Not a rivalry but the comeback, a defensive stand for the whole half, and getting a victory after a brutal loss to the Broncos was needed
4. Ravens: this and number 3 could have been swapped easily. This was arguably Trevor’s arrival. That final drive to win it was amazing and an indicator that this team was different.
3. Cowgirls: I put this above the ravens only because the Cowgirls are a media darling every year and came in with some cocky fans attempting a takeover of the Bank. The drama of another comeback, the amazing throws from Trevor, engrams out of bounds play, Zay Jones running circles around a top 5 pass defense, and a walkoff pick six are the stuff Jags fans could only dream about a decade until now
2. tacks round 2: an argument could be made for 1. Going into their house, was more satisfying, beating the doors off them at their cesspool or 2. That this was the most satisfying win of the year. Being there in person, the national spotlight, and the most electric crowd since 2017 WC weekend nudges this above the win at the tacks; not to mention the fact this sealed our first division title in 5 years and the highest stakes we’ve faced in years.
NUMBER ONE:
WC win over the Bolts. No contest. Biggest comeback in franchise history? Check. A playoff win to validate our deserving being there? Check? Making tack fans even saltier? Check. Another Pederson Philly - er I mean DUVAL Special with the comeback of a two back almost Wing T formation to seal the game? Check. And Trevor showed why he is the guy yet again; and saved us from an off-season of dumb press clippings: “did we crown him too so ?”
Most satisfying:
5. vs. Baltimore
Started a series of come from behind wins.
4. OT Win against Dallas-Considering they were my favorite team before Jacksonville, it's odd that I got such enjoyment out of it, but that may well have been on of Trevor's best games yet.
3. win vs. Las Vegasanother come from behind Win,that featured sime great 4th quarter throws..
2. At Tennesseeee season ending game against the tacks, the season finale against the tacks to clinch all the marbles, but for sheer humiliation at Tennessee was pure enjoyment.
1. Playoff game against the Chargers Not that I have any particular antipathy, but for them to come back from 27 points down to win in the playoffs will make me as proud as any win we've had in the history of the franchise.
Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!
