I've been reading that the Saints are the frontrunners because he likes Allen. And a good division to go to, considering the Bucs and Falcons are now in rebuild mode. Probably the only team they would have to get through to win the division would be the Panthers.
But yes, he has a rare situation where he has a lot of very lucrative options as a player.
