Carr, in the right situation, could probably do something similar to what Tannehill did for the tacks in 2019-2021.

There will be a few teams lining up for that. He's likely to get paid exorbitantly to ultimately look good but not great with a few too many mistakes to make a run.

Protection and weapons will be the keys to success. He needs them a bit more than a number of guys ahead of him in pro-QB-land.
