It's a crime to write that election day is Wednesday when you know it's Tuesday.  She should be punished.  But the Republican guy had more followers and his lie was more elaborate, so it makes sense for him to be punished more.  Trump's attorneys should have prosecuted both of them. The sentence won't be 10 years.

Did you just simply overlook that she was also in the middle of running for office?

Seems to me like her punishment should have been more severe.
