I agree.  But if his off field actions create a distraction to the rest of the team, why not just get rid?

 

What are we really gonna lose?  In my eyes, he's not that special.

 

His talent has already been wasted.  He's not mentally strong enough to figure out how to be a winner off the field.  That means that has the marbles are dropped, he won't have the intestinal fortitude to succeed when things get really heavy.  

 

But whatever, let him go to another team and figure it out.  I'd rather him not taint our team.
