He's good at football. He just has to improve his mental game. That's by far his biggest struggle.

He's a QB, the mental game is THE MOST IMPORTANT TRAIT. This was my biggest concern for Trevor back when I was supposidly calling him a bust. Trevor turned it around, but also showed some signs he could in college. Wilson struggled in college against teams without a single NFL caliber player on them.. dude wasn't ready, isn't ready, and probably wont ever be ready.

Fields was always the 2nd best QB in that draft class. Crazy that he was the 4th QB taken.

Yep and i'm actually shocked that Urban Meyer didn't take him based on the college connection. Imagine if he had, good lord. I like Fields but he gives me the same vibes Lamarr does, once his legs slow down he's gonna be average. As was Vick and Cam.
