What it looks like to moderate voters is that he's too caught up in his fixation with reversing LBGT-friendly policy,  shipping off brown people to other states, and campaigning for a prez run to actually govern his own state.

Just so we're clear:

LGBT-Friendly Policy = giving illustrative materials about gay sex and illegal sex acts to 2nd graders.
Brown People = illegal immigrants dumped in Florida by the Feds rerouted to Blue states that never have that problem so they have some skin in the game.
Campaigning for Prez = endorsing and enacting Florida Friendly Policies to the detriment of large corporations and left leaning states.

Again, not something his supporters oppose. And if they were honest with themselves most moderates would agree.
