Just for clarity, MJ has 35 tds 24 ints in the nfl, lawrence has 36 td 25 ints.

Lawrence rookie season was a statistical nightmare, but he bounced back. Mac Jones was far better in 2021 but statistically speaking clearly regressed in year two.

And not statistically speaking one is widely considered a top tier qb and the face of his franchise while the other may have lost his job.

I never advocated for us to take any QB other than Lawrence that year, I just was less sold on him than most. I thought that class was the most over hyped qb class i've ever personally paid attention to. That being said, certain people gonna try and spin things as if me saying Mac Jones looked better in his rookie season means he shoulda been our pick because thats their way of attempting to discredit me or something.
