Of course mac jones looked better in college, he had 3 drafts worth of first round wrs around him. And he did have a better rookie season.


Just for clarity, MJ has 35 tds 24 ints in the nfl, lawrence has 36 td 25 ints.

Lawrence rookie season was a statistical nightmare, but he bounced back. Mac Jones was far better in 2021 but statistically speaking clearly regressed in year two.

By the end of Mac Jones' rookie season it was clear he was already figured out by the league and wasn't going to succeed as a starting QB.
