Changing votes is hard because you have to replace the ballots or hand recounts find them. Adjudication can take care of that as the ballot image is changed and if the original is "lost" you never know. Inserting votes is easier and can be done just before closing the polls. They need to print a ballot if paper copies are kept but that is easy to do.

It's a combination of all of those but the voter roll issues are the biggest problems because those ballots don't get delivered to people. They still are voted but they were never delivered to the address on file.

No.  None of that happened.  Perhaps a few hundred ballots went to wrong addresses.  Not tens of thousands.

Look how confidently you speak of something you can't possibly know. Elections are a billion-dollar industry, man. 14 billion dollars was spent in 2020. 6.6 billion dollars, just for the presidential race, which was more than the previous 2 elections combined. You think we're paying for that? 20% of that is less than 200 bucks, the rest of that comes from SuperPacs, in which Biden almost doubled Trump's budget. With that amount of powerful influence supporting Biden and the staggering amounts of money being thrown around, you think there's NO possible way any of that is being used in a corrupt way? It's all on the up and up?

This is my problem with moderates. You guys are blinded by your idealism when every fact supports the idea that our government works for the powerful.
