It's obvious what they're doing. They have their receivers, they have one TE. They clearly wanted to add power and balance to this offense to give them variety.

Harrison, Strange and Bigsby fit these roles perfectly. We're getting faster and stronger in the backfield.

I think, if we're saying we needed to go heavy defensively, where, you're now looking at six games with rookie QBs within this division? We did something wrong.

I just can't complain.

I'm generally even-keeled about draft-related stuff the Bigsby pick was beyond disappointing. Look at the production out of a player like Hasty who quite literally came out of nowhere and produced beyond all of our imaginations. Even if we're trying to establish a rb-by-committee approach, the fact that we could have addressed other pressing positions on defense or hell, even bolstered the O-line depth even further after the Harrison pick would have been better at that pick.

The Harrison pick seemed forced, yet warranted so I'm good with that choice. Strange was a shocker for what seemed like everyone but I can stomach that choice, but selecting Bigsby? Not gonna work for me there. Good thing we're all on this side of the draft process though I guess. Lets hope everything works out the way it should.
