It’s fun to prognosticate, but the above is true.  It’s also common for TE’s to take longer to develop than other skill positions as well. As a result, I look forward to people calling Strange a bust half way through his first season.

I have a good feeling about him. He's an H-Back. He's going to be moving a lot in between the backfield, the inline and he'll be able to flank out and handle some additional things in the passing game. 

Expect a lot of drag routes, bubble screens and motion stuff within the redzone but he'll be blocking almost extensively used in 3rd and short situations to keep a defense guessing if it's a quick pass or run. 

He's going to be fun to watch early and often. He's got Doug as the coach. That, in and of itself, should get everybody excited. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some of those KC Kelce type plays they like to run with him around the goalline.
