That was the same drive, actually now that I remember it better.

First was the "helmet to helmet" on gronk, which replay showed shoulder made contact.
Second was a deep pass left side, ball was thrown out of bounds, and the contact between bouye and the WR wasn't enough to call PI, but they did. And then later on the same drive the PI you brought up.

Yea, it was apparent to everyone at the watch party the powers that be wanted an Rams-Pats Superbowl for the revenue and to help the newly established Rams. .  It did get the other owners to vote for a more robust review system. Kind of like when we played the Pats up their in 1996 when our QB headsets would not work and theirs did. The next year the NFL took control of that system from the home teams and decided if one team's headset didn't work neither would.   The Saint got the shaft too when they played the Rams that year too.
