32 team Keeper League

Heya all!
So as the title suggest I'm in a 32 man keepers league! It's 110$ million cap room with a vet min of 2M$ and a min of 35 players!, I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions? I think I could get Gerhart for 2m$and I anticipate him playing a lot of snaps so he could be a great pickup, also if I could get Blackmon for under 3m$ I would take the risk of him getting a suspension. But anyone else? This is the leagues first year so I don't want to go overboard as I anticipate a lot of teams running into cap trouble next year so I should be able to pick up some good deals then.
