Absolutely, and in addition to that, there's the expense of building a new stadium from scratch vs the expense of renovating the old stadium, plus, if they build a new stadium, what do they do with the old one?

Just put in for a 2nd NFL team in Jacksonville.  Perhaps we can get make a strong bid with the new ownership group of the Washington Football Team to get them to move to Jacksonville and become the Jacksonville Generals or something like that.
