Absolutely, Vegas had 2:1 odds that it was his.   Personally, I took took the 50:1 odds it was Jill Biden's since we all know that it couldn't be Joes (as slow as he moves).  

Former Mayor Marion Barry has been dead since 2014 but they still had 25:1 odds that it was his but we all know he prefers his coke in the form of crack.
