Yeah - cap hit of 5.8mil this year is likely worth the probability of a half dozen explosive returns that could translate easily to points. 

The value as a receiver is secondary. Not enough of a factor to cut him IMO. 

There are only a handful of returners with his skillset and track record in the league. He's worth it for this season. 
Now, if a rookie returner shows up and shows out, the conversation might change, but I find it unlikely.
