The baggie was found in a cubby of the formal lobby of the West Wing. 
This is where groups of staff led tours congregate. 
The secret service is reviewing camera footage, visitor logs, and physical evidence and has announced they expect to conclude their investigation as early as Monday. 

This [BLEEP] cloud have been deposited there from a long list of visitors.
