He sure did. McNair had 9 carries for 91 yards and 2 rushing TDs in that 1999 AFC Championship game.

I still have nightmares of that game and him ripping my heart out.  IF I remember correctly a bunch came on a play where he was about to go out of bounds and Brakens politely kind of let up to allow him. He then turned it up field instead. This pissed Tony off who chased him down.
