I just go after what I perceive to be untruths. I want to know why there is a misunderstanding. I hope either I can show why they are wrong, or they can show me where I am wrong. In this case, I thought the truth of black struggle is sufficient without exaggeration, and NYC explained he misspoke. Simple enough. Now everyone is on the same page. Most of us will admit that discrimination against blacks carried well into the modern era, and also admit that they weren't being lynched regularly in the 60's. The goal for me is always the pursuit of truth. I hope you have a great day, too.
