Contract took a while but definately worth it.  Confusing thing to me is his cap number is slated to be 5 million this year ?  Maybe they are mistaken, that would give us 21 million in cap space.  Source below

OTC is showing this year's number as 6.6, which I think equates to a 5M cap savings this year. His bonus prorates a little funny, I think because it wasn't a day one of the league year signing.

OTC also has us just over 20M in cap room. That's enough to either bring in a pricey band aid or start stashing cash for some more of the deals that will be coming due.
