I agree with NYC.

He has nothing to prove. He’s considered by maaannnyy media outlets talk shows, podcasts, and radio shows as a top tier QB. There are some of those same media guys that are predicting Lawrence to be the MVP of the league this season.

You don’t get MVP votes at the QB position in the NFL unless you’re a top tier QB. Are you kidding man. You have to be elite just to make an NFL roster, but I won’t get into all that right now. In 2022 there were 15 MVP candidates. 9 of those candidates were QBs. Trevor Lawrence was the 5th ranked QB on that list.

Can you show some proof of an entire body of work as to why you don’t believe he’s a top tier QB?

As one of the posters said earlier, 2021 was supposed to Lawrence’s senior year at Clemson, which means if he stayed in college then the 2022 season would have been his rookie year. He would have ran away with the rookie of the year. Urban Meyer in Jacksonville and they win 2 games. Urban Meyer out of Jacksonville and they win 1 playoff game. If your basing anything on the 2021 season I’m sorry but I can’t be apart of that conversation.
