The woman says that at around 12:10 AM, the two argued after she confronted Claybrooks about cheating on her again, according to the arrest report. She said she wanted to go back to California. At that point, when she attempted to leave, Claybrooks blocked the front door with his body, the report said.

When the woman went to leave via the backyard gate, the report said he confronted her again, not letting her leave and grabbing her against her will.

Claybrooks was later involved in another domestic incident in April. Claybrooks was arrested in Nashville and charged with misdemeanor domestic assault with bodily injury and vandalism. That case was ultimately settled and he was not prosecuted.

In that case, Claybrooks was accused of grabbing a cellphone from a woman's hand and throwing it on the ground.

It is unclear whether or not the two incidents are connected.
