I have my pet issue too.
If we can't figure out how to solve "Political division / Political extremism /Preservation of democracy,"
then our opinions on all the other issues will never matter again.
In ordinary circumstances it would be a good thing if few were worried about it.  But these are not ordinary circumstances anymore.

Agreed. I just think that's a condition of corruption and leadership though. The people in leadership positions should be preaching unity, reaching across the table for handshakes in good agreements that better us all instead of sitting back in their chairs and finger pointing mostly over things that benefit them and their bank accounts. It's all trickle down economics. Figuratively and in reality.
