A couple of comments about what you said.  

Yes, the bad things you describe did happen.  but, the white people of today are not guilty of the acts committed by their ancestors.  And secondly, white people aren't "whining" because "people don't like them."  They are legitimately unhappy when they are penalized for things they themselves did not do, or penalized because of their race.  No one should be discriminated against because of the color of their skin, or because of something someone else did a hundred or two hundred years ago.  And that includes white people.  

And when you say "people don't like" white people, you are describing racism.  And if you think it's okay to not like white people, then you are a racist.

In addition to what Marty said, the great myth proposed by the left is that it's a race that we're all still running, and blacks have no chance of catching up. It's not. It's a plateau. Sure, white people got there first, but the obstacles that prevented blacks from reaching it have been removed. If they want to adopt the tools that got the white middle class there, they can easily get there. Except the modern left (still dominated by white elites) doesn't want them to use those tools. 

Now, if you want to make the goal that you see black representation among the elite in this country, then you're correct. It's impossible for blacks as a whole to get there. It's also impossible for whites as a whole to get there, so it's not a race issue. The left does a good job of making black and brown people the face of their movement (while continuing to propagate a system that benefits the established elites behind the scenes), but it does nothing to bring up the race as a whole, largely in part because it doesn't believe in the middle class. Can't get to the plateau if the left doesn't want it to exist.
