It is not okay to discriminate against anyone because of their race.  If you discriminate against a white person because another white person discriminated against a black person, then you are disciminating against that white person because they are white.  That is not ok.  That is the definition of racial discrimination.  You can't cure racial discrimination with more racial discrimination.  That type of action produces racial resentment among white people who are not guilty of anything except being white.  It drives the races apart and produces poisonous conflict between people and has the opposite effect of what we are trying to accomplish as a society.

I respectfully disagree w/this sentence.

If I as an black person discriminated against another black person because that black person discriminated against a white person, then I'm discriminating against that black person because he/she are racist, not their race.

But that's not what I said.  I said, "If you discriminate against a white person because another white person discriminated against a black person, then you are discriminating against that white person because they are white."  I'm talking about discriminating against white people who never discriminated against black people.  

Your example is person A penalizing person B because of something person B did.  I'm talking about person A penalizing person B because of something person C did.
