Walker has not yet learned the hand skill/technique possessed by the top tier pass rushers in the NFL.
If he can get that put together he'll be a major problem for every offense we face.

He's not disengaging blocks because he's still learning these techniques and figuring out how to employ them effectively.
I hope that some combo of Bill Shuey, Brenston Buckner and Mike Caldwell are making this a major priority in the kid's development.

That was nasty. I think they'll give him one more year at OLB to develop the moves. I would rather see him inside for this example here.

You would think with his size and strength he would be able to lean in on the guard/center and try to use his back to spin into the play.

We'll see. Still optimistic. He still made two really good plays yesterday and there's a lot of things he's doing that won't get documented on a stat sheet where he's eating up space to free everybody else up to make a play.

I mean, [BLEEP], how many times did they stop Richardson and that offense on 4th and short situations? Felt like damn near 5.
