I wish they'd find a way for LBs and DBs to "punish" receivers and TEs on these late developing catches over the middle without all the flags. There isn't a perfect way to tackle these guys while they are moving the way they are at impact- and every contact is different.  You can't just ask the back seven to concede these types of plays. They need to be hit/tackled and they already have a lot of momentum in many cases.

It's very frustrating to me.

And it will remain frustrating as we move closer and closer to "player safety" in a contact sport. It's like making boxers go out on PPV with sparring helmets on, it's a joke and I fear for the longevity of the sport. I love football, but if you make too many subtle changes, it becomes noticeably drastic over time. Eventually it won't be football anymore.
