Imma be honest, I’m starting to get concerned too. They better do something because we have a division to win. 

Only players I can think of trading is Allen, Kirk, Etienne but that ain’t gonna work. If we have to sign guys off the street we’re in big trouble.

I’m not concerned. Shatley is better at Center, and it forces the coaches to develop some younger talent at guard, which is not Shatley's strength.

Any street free agent could give Fortner good competition at Center. He flunked his opening competency test -- Buckner treated him like a turnstile. Apparently he wasn't hitting the gym often in the offseason.

Put him on IR and let him bulk up and actually have to compete for his job next season. It was handed to him simply because of his draft status, which wasn’t high to begin with.
