Big difference between a felony and a misdemeanor.

Yeah - everything I'm seeing says misdemeanor - thought that first one I posted called it a felony initially. 

I think the whole thing is hilarious. 

Some clown who used to be an "oath keeper" but quit because they were "too radical" walks around a riot telling ppl to do dumb [BLEEP] - and suddenly he's the poster boy of a bunch of bone-headed conspiracy theories. 

He was always just one more idiot clown at an idiot clown show. Not an undercover agent. 
At least he wasn't dumb enough to assault an officer or trespass the building.
