Stroud has a higher QBR after 3 weeks than every QB in the division except Minshew. He also hit more big plays today than Lawrence. He had more time, but some of that time he created with his legs. And certainly, our WRs didnt do Lawrence any favors with the drops and fumbles, but thats the way it goes sometimes.
